Hi Pevad,
Inversion is contraindicated (not recommended) for anyone with surgically implanted orthopedic supports or a significant curvature to the spine. While this does not mean that you cannot invert, it means that you’ll need to check with your doctor before trying inversion. You can find out more about contraindications here: https://teeter.com/blog/faq-items/who-should-use-it/

Having used an inversion table before, the process of inversion for this table is not really any different than pervious tables I have used. What seems a rather inconsequential change is the boarding platform, however, that with the slight redesign of the frame makes getting on to the machine substantially easier. That, with the more comfortable ankle supports (and lock mechanism) made the purchase worthwhile. If I had purchased a good inversion table in the last few years, I would probably not spend the premium on a simple upgrade, but if you can afford it and you need a new table, I think it is worth the price.

I had back issues in the past, and i heard many good comments on a Joe Rogan’s Podcast about these Teeter inversion tables. I wanted to buy one to give it a try. I picked up the expensive model, we have one back we can’t change it ^^. I use it 3-6 min at the beginning of the day and the end of the day too, it gives me a good relief and some kind of overall improvement. I made the order with Ellie to import the table to France, Everything went well, it is a very good choice to make your order with gymkituk. They are pretty fast to delivery and very professionnal (it was really well packaged).

I admit I was Leary about the claims but in the past 30 days I have used it every day for 4 minutes at a time and the problem with my Sciatica is gone. It used to be I would not be able to walk for an hour in the morning until the pain subsided. The pain was unbearable to say the least.
One effect that I did not expect was what it did for my knees. Since using this I am able to go up and down steps normally and not have to take one step with each foot on a side step basis. I’m able to take longer walks
My wife uses it and her back pain has also gone away.
We have recommended it to a number of people and
Will continue to do so

All of my back pain disappeared after the second use!! I watched all of the videos and read all of literature. During the second time using the inversion table, after fifteen minutes I felt everything change in my back. I felt a calmness or relaxing slowly over my entire back. After about 6 weeks of twice daily inversion I now felt good enough to jog on my treadmill again for the first time in years (I’m up to 3 miles a day)!!! Seven years of back pain has been wiped away with just the first two uses of your inversion table!!! Nothing short of a miracle for me!! I’ll be on my inversion table twice a day for the rest of my life! Thank you!!!

I bought the teeter for my oldest brother. He has lived with back pain for over 3 years. He learned to tolerate the pain over the years. At times I would hear him yell because he got a sharp pain all of a sudden. Every time he walked you could see it in his face that he was in pain. Since the first time he used the teeter I saw a huge difference in his demeanor and we could actually hold a conversation without him grunting. I am very impressed with what is has done for my brother. He thanked me for getting it. He always saw the commercials but because of some scary YouTube videos he didn’t want to try it. We are very pleased with the outcome.

When my back went out once again and this time my sciatica flared up with it and baically disabled me, I decided to give an inversion table a try. My daughter has one and my Chiro also recommended a Teeter. I LOVE it and it has really helped out. I love starting and ending my day with this.

I start using Lx9 for just 2 weeks times and i really can feel my lower back pain reduced. The results even more significant than i been doing the compression treatment at chiropractor clinic in the past few months. Now i use the teeter inversion table few time a day and I’m satisfied.

Lower back pain going away little by little. It was a little painful at first until my back started getting used to it then it became easier and less painful now I get on it at least 4 times a day for about 3-5 minutes I’m glad I got it,

Receive table quickly, easy to put together, there were 2 screws that were stripped or something and I got replacements within 2 days. Best of all, the severe back pain I’d had for 10 weeks started getting better within a couple days. I’m still using twice a day for back maintenance.

Used it twice a day but it seem to really irritate my mid back. Stopped using it and got better. Maybe I started at too much incline.

I am not 100% satisfied, I was hoping for better results. Setup was easy, the feet grips can be painful at times, and it also can be difficult to get up from the inverted position.
After a lower back fusion I’ve been in constant pain. I am trying everything I can from injections to a chiropractor, I won’t resort to pain pills.

The first time that I used the LX9 Inversion table, I knew I found my new best friend. For several years I have had lower back and leg pain, along with other issues, like sciatica, and stenosis that kept me mostly in the home and limited in any activities. After a couple of weeks, I have been relieved of almost all the pain and started to go for walks. That was something that I could not do without a lot of back and leg pain along with a weakness in my legs. Thank you, Teeter.
Coolincalif –
I had a pinched nerve that at one time, was making unbearable without medication. Not only did I have pain in my lower back, but my toes in my left foot were completely numb ALL THE TIME. I literally felt like “if only I could stretch” – it might help alleviate my being constantly uncomfortable. I’m 57, and invert for 3-5 mins, three or four times a week. My foot has feeling again, and while I still feel some lower back pain on occasion I am much happier with my teeter! Best money I have spent in awhile. Pain medication only masks your problem. I would TOTALLY recommend this product! It too has totally changed my life!
Sincerely, Cal K. Rios

Should have continued using an invention table when I had my first bout with sciatic in ‘08. This one is far better than the one I had back then. If you do heavy lifting at times, you need this.
Tluigs –
I was in pain just about every day. My back was in constant tension and misalignment. Pretty quickly after I started using this table I started noticing some pretty impressive improvements. It felt like it was stretching the muscles allowing them to relax and allowing my spine to loosen up and realign. It does take some getting used to but it really didn’t take but about 5 min or less for a couple days to really start noticing the changes. Now I truly look forward to getting on the table and just relaxing for a few minutes every day. I would completely recommend this if you have sciatic or lower back tightness issues. Also very relaxing for the whole back but the lower was my main issue.

I did a lot of research before deciding on Teeter. I believe the videos where Rylie Teeter explained certain aspects, features and useabilty of their inversion tables is what convinced me to purchase the Teeter. I received my table in a timely fashion, actually arrived a couple days before expected. My husband put it together very quickly. It is of high quality, which is one thing i noticed when researching. I am so very happy that I have this table, it has virtually changed my life. I have 3 lumbar vertebrae that has moderate bone on bone deterioration and osteoarthritis in my hip, I was in so much pain and limited to very little activity. Since using this table, I am 85% better, more mobility and a lot less pain. I am forever grateful to have it, I use it throughout my day if I feel a hip lock up sensation starting. It has also help many of my family members with their little issues. This review ended longer than expected but when you are considering a purchase the reviews will either make it or break it. I want people to know that for me this table has saved me, I sincerely thought my quality of life was pretty much over. The support I received via email with tips and information is also a wonderful aspect of picking Teeter, I don’t believe there are too many companies that go to this extent in customer service, so happy with Teeter.

A cousin who drives tractor trailers told me of his successful use of an inversion table (TEETER). Once my back herniation and sciatica left me using a walker, medication and thoughts of surgery, i decided to give the FitSpine LX9 a try. It has been 3 weeks since i began using it. I am walking WITHOUT the use of a walker, reduced to medication on an as-needed basis, and am gradually getting back to normal routine walks, pilates classes and hot yoga! Thank you SO much for helping me deal with my body by moving toward a state of overall WELLNESS!

Before my Teeter Inversion table I suffered everyday with lower back and neck pain and had limited activity. After using the table twice a day for just a few weeks I was working on my car again and hunting and fishing. My body was finally getting a good night’s sleep. I wish I knew about this years ago instead of taking pain meds and avoiding another useless surgery. I have never felt better for as long as I can remember. In fact my physical health has improved so immensely that I have also purchased TEETERS FREE STEP LT3 to further improve my physical condition and become even more active and lose some weight. At 68 years old I feel great. The coaching videos and customer service are nothing less than outstanding. Thank you TEETER for helping me get my life back.

Was approved for pay over time but my card was charged all at once. Very disappointed. Apparently “pay over time” is paying interest on my CC instead of my usual habit of paying the balance to avoid interest.

Excellent product but difficult for me since inversion caused my blood pressure to drop. I highly recommend product as it is easy to use and great for stretching back as well as abdominal exercises

I have flat feet that I’ve never corrected in 34 years. Naturally my ankles, knees, hips, lower, and upper back suffer because of that and the abuse I put on my body from years of cometitive sports. I’ve always wanted to try an inversion table because I’ve only ever heard great things, but I was hesitant because of the cost. Well, let me tell you… This is by far, the greatest and most amazing tool that I’ve used to help my pain. I was paying the chiropractor 45 dollars a visit for him to put me in traction and that helped. But why pay 45 dollars a week or month for the rest of my life when I can hang upside down and do it myself. The teeter pays for itself in the course of anywhere from 6 to 15 months if you are spending your money at the chiropractor. With multiple payment options, it makes it affordable. I came home with really bad hip pain after a bowling tournament – 5 minutes in the FitSpine LX9 and a good stretch while in it from side to side, my pain was gone.
The only con I have is that the upper back stretch isnt as good as I thought it would be. But that is no fault of Teeter. Your head just doesn’t weigh much to stretch in between your shoulder blades. A simple solution I’ve found is to bend your elbows while upside down and place your hands behind your head Like you were going to do a sit up. Relax and feel that good upper back stretch.
This product is amazing! 100/10. Would absolutely buy this 10 times over

So far, my experience has been positive. I completed the one month challenge and can feel a slight improvement in my lower back pain. You will have to work to get this thing set just right, so you can achieve a full lock-out. I’ve been working with it diligently for weeks, and still cannot get it to lock out without exerting myself to hold the table in place. This totally defeats the purpose, as doing that, makes it difficult to fully relax in this position. Which ultimately is the goal.
Steve Be He –
For a number of years I wondered if inversion would help the stiffness in my back and legs. I finally made the decision to try one. Because of the satisfaction and quality guarantee I purchased a TEETER .My only complaint, is why I did not do this long ago rather than suffering. Folks, it really works to alleviate back and leg pain. With only one adjustment I have perfect balance on the TEETER. I can invert and get back up easily. The material and design are a true testament to quality construction. TEETER brand is well worth the cost.

i have had back problems for years, and one day I said to a friend that I wish someone could grab me by the ankles and just give me a good snap (like a towel). I had seen your advertisement recently and realized I needed this. From the first day, my back has felt and is better! During the first week i could feel my spine decompress and was becoming rejuvenated.
I like how easy it is to store when not in use, and once you know you setting, you are ready to use and relax, while rejuvenating your back. Wish i would have purchased this years ago.

I have had chronic back pain for years. And when winter comes and I’m less active, it frequently manifests as a back spasm which is very uncomfortable for multiple days. I’ve only just started a week ago, but it is great so far. I want to praise their customer support too. First package showed up and the box was very beat up. They would have done whatever I wanted, so I chose to send it back and re-ship a new one. This was all completed in 6-7 days. Amazing. I’m very happy I chose the LX-9. It is VERY sturdy. I’m a big man at 230 lbs. I will update in a month or 2 when I can better describe the effects on my back. This is a great company. I have been to physical therapy, and a chiropractor for my severe back pain in my thorasic area ( middle back ) due to bulging discs. This is the only thing that has not only given me immediate relief from my pain, but also has almost eliminated it after regular use over the last 3 weeks. 3 x’s a day for 5 minutes. No longer having to take muscle relaxers and pain meds on a regular basis. Highly recommended!!!

I am a 55 year old truck and heavey equipment mechanis .I rode rough stock and broke colts when I was younger, I have had 3 knee surgerys and a seperated pelvis. I got my teter 5 weeks ago and boy do I wish i had got it 30 years sooner. I have had 4 weeks of being able to turn over in bed with out pain. My knees, lower back and hip feel so much better. Being on concrete for the the last 35 year turning wrenchs has taken a toll on this body. Thank you Teter for making my life better!
Steve in Florida –
Having used this for a while now, I can tell the difference in my lower and middle back. Like suggesed in the manual, I started with 20 advanced to 40 and now i’m at 60 degrees. I had no problems at 20 degrees but 40 seemed to irritate my lower back more than help. But when I transitioned to 60 degrees, I finally started getting the relief I was looking for. I only wish there was an attachment to help with my cervical spine.
The table is very well built and will definitely last for years. It is very high quality in fit and finish. The only issue I have had with the inversion table is the measurements to set the height. It appears to be off by 2 inches. If I set it for my actual height it will not invert at all. I have to set it for 2 inches taller. (my wife has the same issue) I don’t know why, but it states in the manual that that is a possiblity.
Great purchase. I definitely would recommend and buy again.

My table shipped quickly, and although the box was blown up in transit there was no damage to the unit. It was easy to assemble alone (67 year old arthritic female) and I’ve been using it on a daily basis for over a month now. I am seeing improvement in my lower back and experiencing some relief from the chronic pain I’ve lived with for years. I firmly believe the unit was worth every penny and inverting will remain part of my daily routine.

I received a compliant from my neighbor that I had a very large package blocking the lobby to my building. The Fedex driver left my inversion table which weighs almost as much as me in the lobby claiming that there was no apt # on the label. I reached out to Teeter for support but received none. Buyers beware, if you order a product from this company make sure to have someone who can help you to simply get it to your front door as Teeter takes no responsibility for there products getting to you, and let’s be honest they are not cheap, however as a company they are quite irresponsible. If I can not get it upstairs I will be returning it, shameful!

The teeter table is a life saver. I have chronic back pain and a few minutes a day and the pain is gone. There customer service is also outstanding, I have been a customer for a long time and had an older table that was out of production and Julie from customer service tracked down the old part I needed (which wasn’t made anymore) and sent it to me at no charge. This is truly a company and product you can trust. They are a ray of sunshine in today’s corporate world. I can’t thank them enough

I have had issues with my L4 and L5 discs for about a year and a half and was spending a lot of money on decompression at my chiropractor. I have started using this almost daily, especially if I have an in the moment flareup of pain or tingling and it has truly been such a miracle. Instead of having to drive somewhere and pay a lot of money I can get on this as much as I need to. I do notice that the more consistent I am with getting on this every day the better I feel overall with my symptoms so stick with it!!!

To be honest the first time I got on I started at the 60° angle and I was a bit anxious after 23 times on it. I’ve actually been able to relax lay back and watch TV lol I want to get used to the 60° angle before I go to the full 90°, but I do see a big difference in my lower back and my shoulders I go to massage therapy once a month, so I’ll wait till this weekend to see what my therapist says. If he actually she’s any difference in me.
Runnealrun –
I bought the teeter for three reasons. First is, I recently developed sciatica and considered if it might help. When I got a physical, the Dr suggested something like the teeter for improved blood flow to the brain to stave off potential Alzheimer’s or dementia. Reading some benefits included lymphatic draining that my wife struggles with, made me decide to purchase this product.
I understand that there is unlikely to be any kind of instant results so there is no disappointment there. I’ve been using the Teeter for about a month now. I’m not going to say my improvement in my sciatica is positively attributed to the Teeter but it is considerably better and I’m not doing anything else different.
Using this machine just feels good! I expected to just invert but every level of inverting from horizontal to full inverting has its own level of comfort and satisfaction. I particularly enjoy rocking at different degrees of inversion. There is almost an addiction to using this. I’m wondering if it is that aspect of increased blood flow to the brain. I’m surprised that there isn’t more of that uncomfortable feeling that my head is going to explode from all that blood going to my head. Probably because I gradually invert and rock some before spending more time fully inverted.
Now for my somewhat negative experience. The ankle mechanism that you hang by hurts my left ankle. It’s a bone that evidently protrudes more and causes me occasional pain. I say this to warn that different people may experience different comfort levels using this. My wife is not using it because she experiences pain in her ankles from the support mechanism likely because of her lymphatic problem. She also doesn’t enjoy the sensation of being upside down. It makes her feel out of control. The design of this Teeter really does give you excellent control of your rate of inversion. Our original intent was to try this out and likely move it to the basement. As often as I use it, I don’t foresee moving it out of the front room corner anytime soon much to the dismay of my wife. Fortunately this is not an unattractive piece of furniture. All in all, I’m super happy with this purchase.

I had a minor issue with tightness/muscle spasms in my lower back. My doctor suggested PT and an inversion table. My PT person suggested a Teeter so I purchased the FitSpine LX9 and it has helped me get back to where I was pre-treatment. Love the functionality and ease of use of the LX9.

Really nothing bad to say about this inversion table. Very solid, very high quality. Only wish it could be locked into a given position. That could very well be a FDA no-no.

This is our 2nd purchase of a Teeter. We owned our first one for almost 10 years. With all of the new design changes and upgrades our new Teeter unit top of the line.

Love it love it love it. I purchased it for my husband and we both are enjoying it. Easy assembly and the videos were very helpful. Our back feels wonderful after use. We have gotten so comfortable on it, my husband said he will be napping on it.🙂. Thanks for your God given witty idea and invention. We are truly blessed by it. My husband is getting therapy for his lower back and when I saw the teeter advertisement on tv, I thought that would be great for him. And it is.

Skeptic no more. Package arrive on-time and was fairly easy to assemble. One caveat, the instructions on the video was one step ahead for those of you who have a cup holder so I had to backtrack a bit, loosen bolts, etc., then add the cupholder. Past that, everything flowed smoothly.
I did buy the additional padding and would you suggest you do so too.
I’m using it every day and it has helped significantly with by degenerative lumbar issues. Once I get off the machine, I feel taller, straighter, and most importantly, virtually pain-free.

This inversion table actually works as advertised! I’ve tried to manage lower back pain for years. The Fitspine works at completely relieving my pain and it in little time. I’m very glad I’ve invested money by purchasing this!

Solid gear… once I found the proper balance-point in the set-up phase, I did my first try for 1 minute and RESOLVED back pain that has bothered me for over 20 years… pretty amazing… It’s now part of my daily routine and I don’t even need to do the ‘max’ as far as the tllt-back angle. Good job Teeter family. ! I’ve been using it every day for over a month and maintaining good back health as a result.
JM Djinovic –
Easy enough for a novice to assemble. Sturdy enough for a 230 lbs bodybuilder type to hang up side and do sit ups. Starting lifting when I was 12. Benched over 400 lbs and deadlifted over 500 lbs for reps on a regular basis for years and loved it. Unfortunately, back pain became a reality for me as a result, and I had to stop the big lifts. Bought a new bed and that helped a little. Strengthening my core helped a little. But hanging upside down and doing core exercises helped a lot! I’m relatively pain free now, and I’m back to deadlifting and benching again without issue.

I had back surgery in 1980 and have had pain ever since. Arthritis has now added insult to injury! I’ve known about your product since it was invented but never really considered buying it. Recently I saw your advertisement on television which offered a free trial so, considering the constant pain, I decided to try it. One of the best decisions I’ve made!
Mind you, it’s not a cure, but after I spend a few minutes on your machine I have nearly no pain!
After a few hours the discomfort returns but then I get back on it and voila, pain is gone again! This thing has improved my mobility like I never thought possible!
I really wish I’d bought it decades ago!

WhennI stood up, I’d be stiff and would have to swing my legs back and forth to loosen them and walk a few moments before Zi could stand up straight. I started an inversion table while on a 2 week vacation, at the end of the vacation I was much more lumber and comfortable. As soon as I returned home, I ordered one! I use it twice a day, feel great and never stiff!!

I’ve suffered with sciatica, herniated/bulging discs, and lumbar synovial cysts for 25-years.
I’ve tried everything from therapy, massage, chiropractor, and even acupuncture.
Nothing seemed to give me any long-term benefits.
Then, I met my Teeter LX9. After just 2-weeks at 10-15 minute intervals 2X daily, I noticed marked improvement in my pain reduction, and improvement in my mobility.
This is not a dad for me. It’s my new lifestyle!
I love it!

I was diagnosed with a bulging disc and two more impinging areas in my back. I didn’t want injections or surgery (at least right now). Even though I was in excruciating pain from hips to toes. So I invested in the Teeter and for the very first use my pain level went down 60-80%. I’m now able to continue to work and not depressed or at a loss to what I’m going to do now.
Jolly DID –
The unit is intelligently designed and well-built. It was straightforward to assemble and convenient to adjust. The “Deluxe EZ-Reach Ankle Lock System” is comfortable and feels secure. The ankle lock system on cheaper models, seems to me, would be much more cumbersome to use.

After many doctor visits and telling me you have spinal stenosis, herniated disks and sciatica you need shots. I decided to look elsewhere. I spoke to a Chiropractor who wanted me to purchase a contract for decompression of my spine. I googled decompression, and TEETER came up. I read all the reviews and instructions. I purchased the TEETER FitSpine LX9 Inversion Table on the TEETER website in April 2023. I also took advantage of the Zoom meeting you can get to show you how it works and ask questions to a live person. The quality and build are awesome and the details to put it together aren’t hard. I use it 2-3 times a day. I am now on 20% – 40% inversion. I have noticed a nice improvement. I can walk farther, I can stand longer and the pain is almost gone. I am 72 years old, retired, and live in NJ, and I tell anyone who asks me how I feel. You owe it to yourself to at least give it a try. The 60 day trial is worth it, because you will keep it.
Amber F –
I haven’t had a single back issue since putting it together. Like they say in the instructions, it’s not so much about the length you’re inverted, it’s how often you do it. Worth the money, hands down!

I had been suffering back, neck shoulder pain and sciatica for the last 14 years. This was due to being rear ended in an auto accident. I tried physical therapy, chiropractors, medicines, you name it nothing was working. I literally was starting to give up on ever recovering. Someone asked me if I had tried an inversion table and I said yes but had hurt my back trying to get back up from inversion on the table. I thought this isn’t going to work so instantly gave up on them. Then I saw your ad online and saw how you have the balance set perfectly where you just raise your arms and are brought back to the upright position. This prompted me to order the LX9. Set up was really easy. The first couple of days I inverted at a reduced angle, not sure what degree I chose but it definitely caused the vertebrae to crack! It wasn’t until the third day, I st it for 60 degrees I believe and it felt like my hips popped, this almost brought tears to my eyes in a good way. The pain in my lower back and sciatica in my left leg stopped. It flew numb and tingly. This is the best I can describe it. I had pulses firing all over my lower back. Over the next few days I noticed my arm wasn’t hurting, my shoulders felt so much better and even my neck felt great. This improved significantly over the next few weeks. I was using it three times a day but now I get up and use the LX9 in the morning and if my back does feel anything I use the table again. I cannot express the relieve I have received since using the table! I think the kicker to me getting this was the video of the 90 year old gentleman using the table. I highly recommend Teeter. My quality of life has been restored. Thanks Teeter!! I have recommended this to all who ask about my back improvement.

I bought a teeter about 10 years ago. The only thing that was difficult was releasing my feet from the hold down device. My new teeter is so much easier to lock and release my feet; trying to release my feet the old one always was uncomfortable. Also, all the pressure point devices have been very helpful on my new one. Also, now they have many videos to help me improve my use of my new Fit Spine LX9 Inversion Table.

I always had back pain when getting up from a sitting position and after bowling. Also when getting out of bed in the morning. It’s been difficult finding the time, lately, to use the table as much as I should. Even in the short time I’ve had to use the table, I notice an improvement. In the morning I don’t have pain getting out of bed anymore. Also less during the day. I’m looking forward to using the table more often so I hopefully can be virtually pain free. The table is very easy to use and I find it very peaceful while using.

Ordered this item it sat on FedEx truck for 4 days saying it was out for delivery before FedEx actually delivered it on 5th day.
The Teeters return refund policy is vague and does not say upfront there is a $40 refusal delivery fee (which FedEx ignored and left the box anyway) and then Teeters $90 fee to return it.
Don’t order anything unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep it.

Device itself is really well made. You do need to take time positioning the head rest and the pressure point nodules. Using for cervical spine issue – regenerating a somewhat degenerative disc.
Cleaning up my diet, exercising, and incorporating Teetering has been really helpful. Noticing I can extend the time between physical therapy visits. Don’t need to go as much.

This LX9 Inversion Table is great. I have only had it for a short time and I feel much better.
My diagnosis is spinal stenosis.
Before purchasing I asked my pain management surgeon and my physical therapist what they thought about inversion tables. They both replied that I could try it and see. I thought about it for a while and I’m glad I decided to buy it.
I use mine at least once daily for 5 to 10 minutes and have noticed a big improvement. My wife (a nurse) says that my posture is improving as well.

I have been suffering form back pain for about three years, I was told that it was due to age. I had x-rays and MRI done to determine what is wrong. A curved spine that needed to be corrected with chiropractic treatments. I had targeted shots to my back and they worked for a couple of weeks. I went to a physical therapist and told it would take many sessions and at home exercises to resolve my issues. Chiropractor treatments only gave short term relief, with the pitch that decompression therapy is what was needed. My wife had the decompression treatments done with no positive results. I looked into various sciatic nerve relief products. I came across the Teeter inversion table, did a lot of research on it and other products. So, for a third of my medical deductible I chose the Teeter LX9, hoping that it would help with back issues. I watched videos, read the manuals and checked for local sources for the Teeter LX9. I decided to purchase directly from Teeter. I followed their instructions to the letter, week one, a noticeable positive result. Week 2 and 3 I increased the angle and gained more positive results. I saw the results I was looking for when I reached the 60 degree angle. My pain was going away and I decided to stop seeing the Chiropractor. As of today I’m not totally free of pain, but I feel that I can achieve it with continued use of the TEETER. I even purchased one for my brother and he is enjoying the results he is getting.

I am surprised to know that anything which is assembled is non-returnable. I bought a FitSpine LX9 Inversion Table from Teeter. They claim the products will solve your spine decompression issue but it didnt work for me. I called the Active Fitness Store Dubai and they simply refused to take it back saying it has been assembled already and once something is assembled they will not take it back. Hence, I warn everyone there about their return policy is just a drama as most of their products will require assembly to try them first.

I call it the Cadillac of inversion tables, everything just right especially compared to a rickety old “backswing” from the 80s I used for years. At 69 years old I don’t do full inversion and sit-ups anymore… my regimen is a 75 degree tilt and stretching for 2 or 3 minutes, then move my arms to come to almost level without recompressing spine for same period of time to allow blood to equalize, then repeat cycle a few more times… already feeling taller. 🦒

I am extremely happy with my LX-9! The design is leading edge compared to the inversion table I was using. This LX-9 is one of my top favorite pieces of exercise equipment I own. Prior to purchasing my LX9 Inversion Table, I was using a very low end one I purchased many years ago. The difference is incredible. It took a while to find the setting which allowed me to pivot by moving my arms. The ankle lock holds me in comfortably, the raised bar in the rear allows me to stretch my back quickly, and the lumbar support is wonderful. I use it prior to working out and when I am finished. The build is great and I suspect it will last a long time, which is good as I plan to use it for a long time.

The Teeter FitSpine LX9 Inversion Table has genuinely improved my quality of life. The combination of immediate pain relief, long-term therapeutic benefits, superior build quality, and thoughtful design features makes it an exceptional value despite the higher price point.
For anyone struggling with back pain or muscle tension who is considering inversion therapy, I can wholeheartedly recommend the FitSpine LX9. It’s not just a piece of exercise equipment – it’s a therapeutic tool that can provide genuine, lasting relief from chronic pain and discomfort.
The peace of mind that comes from the FDA registration, UL safety certification, and comprehensive warranty, combined with the outstanding customer reviews and my own positive experience, makes this a purchase I would make again without hesitation.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely, without reservation.
Would I buy it again? Yes, in a heartbeat.
The Teeter FitSpine LX9 has earned its place as an essential part of my daily wellness routine, and I’m confident it can do the same for others dealing with similar back and muscle pain issues.

I have used an inversion table off and on for several years before getting the FitSpine LX9. I like the ankle attachment system on the LX9 better, as well as the handles and backboard. I’m still trying to hone in on the exact setting for inversion. All and all it is a great device and with the handles and extra attachments available that I ordered it does far more than my previous inversion table. However, it is much more expensive. I feel like the whole inversion table with all the extras I ordered after the fact should have been an available “package” for a better price. I’m not sure it’s worth all the extra expense, but time will tell. The “Neck Restore” I ordered doesn’t attach tight enough to the inversion table with the included velcro attachment, but the fact that it also works as a stand alone works for me. I just use it on the floor, and the fact that it rotates as I turn my head helps my muscles and vertebrae that was broken and fused together from a car wreck 28 yrs. ago. The other bundle of heated massage pad, spine cushion, and exercise mat that I ordered to go with it just should have been included in the initial purchase, I think, for the amount of $$ the table costs.

I have had back pain since 1988. I bought the LX9 about 6 weeks ago after using a borrowed Teeter. The first thing I noticed was an immediate improvement.
The thing I’m most impressed with, is after using the LX9 for 3 x 5 minute sessions a day for 6 weeks, it’s the little things. I’m so used to having back pain, I know certain movements cause pain. Wether putting a cup on the coffee table, getting into or out of the car, tying my shoe laces. There are so many little things that caused discomfort, that you allow for it in your movements. Imagine realising that they no longer cause pain or discomfort. For 3 x 5 minute sessions a day I’m almost totally pain free. It’s early days for me and Teeter, but I’m convinced I am on the right track. It’s not a magic bullet and I still have some niggles but I can move without discomfort and I’m very pleased.

I had great hope for this machine when I ordered it. I would receive traction treatments from my doctor and always felt relief after the treatment so I assumed the Teeter Inversion table would provide the same relief. I tried it out several times according to the specified recommendations included in the owners manual/documentation. What I never saw as a caution on the website nor in any documentation that I received before or after purchase was the way the inversion table attaches your body to the machine – attaching to your ankles caused me TERRIBLE pain in my left knee. I was crippled for two days after each time I attempted the inversion. Since I cannot return the machine I will just be taking it for a trip to the dump. You would think the company would warn potential buyers that it could hurt your knee joints. I’m warning you now, beware!

This has been amazing in relieving a recurring pinched nerve due to cervical instability. I need to do the full inversion to accomplish that but I’m finding the ankle cuffs sub-par. First, it seems there aren’t enough ratchet stops. It’s either too loose on one stop and cutting off circulation on the next one. Finer gradations on the ratchet mechanism would be great. Second, the cuffs are uneven, making one always a bit tighter than the other. Other than that I truly love it and have shed tears of joy for the relief it’s given me. It has allowed me to buy back literal days of my life every time I un-pinch that nerve.

I was having hip and major back pain, and pains shooting down my right leg and leg numbness.
After 2 trips to the ER, months apart, I had an MRI, I was diagnosed with Degenerating lower back disk, also showed a cyst, and arthritis.
I decided to give the inversion chair a try, after reading somewhere it really helped this guy.
I guess after you lose some cushioning in your disk it starts to compress, and puts pressure points on nerves.
The first time I used the chair, boy could i feel it doing something, like stretching my back back out, it really hurt when i got off, then the pain went away, and after awhile i really felt like i helped my back, continued doing it the next morning and evening, still hurting for awhile afterwards .
Prior to having the Teeter chair , I was having to take Aleve or aspirin or Motrin daily for the pain, since getting the chair i have dropped the meds for pain, except every once in awhile, a few times in a couple of months, since I have a very physical job, lifting 30lb boxes all day.
I do it 2 times a day morning and evening, for just a couple of minutes to keep my spine from compacting, it has done wonders for me and my back, i could not recommend this enough, for what it has done for me.

My wife has had to go to a chiropractor for years but since using the Teeter, she has reduced her visits by 1/2 plus she feels so much better each day. It was worth the expense, let me tell you.

Easy to adjust, with plenty of range for different height folks. Grip on ankles is comfortable and confident. Motion is silky smooth and without any hint of resistance. Plenty of grab/pull locations. Back board is comfy and has plenty of attachment points/slots for add-ons and accessories. Without being a HEAVY piece of equipment, it feels very solid and inspires confidence when in use. I am by no means an advanced inversion table user, but I cannot find any fault with this inversion table – it’s (as far as I can tell) perfect!

Although I’ve been using the Teeter LX9 for just a little over a month, the results are undeniable. I’m 76 years old and have been visiting chiropractors of decades. They have always helped, but it was always a challenge to make appointments and justify the continuing costs.
Because of my age, I only allow for about a 30-degree head drop from the horizontal position on my Teeter which is more than enough to give me the stretch I need. I’m not a sycophant, and I endorse products sparingly, but the Teeter LX9 is simply sensational.
Oh, I’m not exactly “mechanically inclined,” but assembly was quick and easy. If I could do it, anyone can.

I have been using this for about two months twice a day for 10 to 15 minutes hoping to relieve my lower back pain. I am hoping that with time that this will help, but for now my pain is the same. I think my posture is better I feel my shoulder are no longer hunched over as much. I also think they should improve the feet lock in to a softer cushion, after 10 minutes my feet can’t take muck more pain from the hard foam material. That I find is the only downside of the mechanics of the unit, everything else works as promised, I’m hoping that over time my back with stretch out and I get pain relief

The Teeter FitSpine LX9 (purchased Dec. 2023) is everything promised in Teeter’s YouTube videos. Solid, thoughtful construction; folds compactly in seconds between sessions. The brilliance of this ninth generation’s features show an obvious history of successive innovations by Teeter in response to customers’ feedback.
Two suggestions for a future LX10:
. First, enlarge the opening of the steel ring that the Angle Tether carabiner clips into so that it’s easier to unclip for storage.
. Second, in the table, add two or three additional upper slots to accept the top tab of the flexible plastic Lumbar Support. The Lumbar Support even at its highest possible location is too low for me, catching me in the coccyx (and my anatomy is not atypical). There is plenty of room above the existing topmost horizontal slot to add more without weakening the table. Moreover, oddly, the unnecessarily limited range of the upper slot series leaves the top two pairs of bottom slots unusable unless the Lumbar Support is forced into an extreme arch. Extending the Support’s range would make the table fit more users. I had to jerry-rig my setup by setting the height three inches taller than I am, and attaching weights to the head end of the table. E but apart from this, I am delighted with my table.

I was initially fairly skeptical, but decided to try this as an enthusiast over various contact and high impact sports. I’ve had varying injuries and thought lengthening the spine and relieving pressure might help lessen some lingering pain in the mid-low back, thorax, shoulder to collar, and hip areas. Once purchasing decided to try the 30-day routine by doing x2 7-min segments before leaving for the day and before bed. After about 1-week I started to feel my spine align and my hips stretch naturally. I cannot tell you how wonderful this is actually. I was in compression and never really understood what that was until feeling the release of the pressure. After the 1st month I’m now stretching and doing abs/oblique exercises while fully inverted. For me, it just feels different than hanging leg lifts and normal abs. It’s something you should try if you’re capable of handling the inversion. I have no issues and completely relax when inverted now. I feel the entire body from ankles to knees to hips to back to shoulders just release. Using a simple countdown from 15-sec I mindfully relax parts of the body starting the feet and through to the neck and it’s great. The actual inverse table itself is easy to erect and worked immediately. The adjustment using the height indicator works well. You may need to play with the height adjustment to support balancing for your weight vs true height. The Teeter is well made and very stable, so it’s easy to become comfortable and confident using in no time. I contemplated getting one for years, wish I’d done it sooner. Kudos! Love it!

I have had lower back pain for 15 years On and off. I happen to be talking to a person I know and he has had 2 back surgeries and still has pain. He said I had a friend who saw him hunched over and said try my inversion table and he did. Said when he left his friends house the pain had subsided and he bought a table on the way home. Fast forward to now when he saw me complaining of back pain told me get a table you will thank me later and said you don’t need a Teeter buy something cheaper. Well I am a research type of guy and after comparing tables went with the Teeter LX9 and since my pain has been gone, yes no more pain.
I decided on the Teeter because of the quality and said this will be a long term back deal for me.
I use it once or twice a week for 10-15 minutes and it just works ! If you are having second thoughts about a inversion table BUY IT NOW and you will thank me…

The Teeter is literally saving my life. I couldn’t afford to see the chiropractor 3x a week to get my spine straightened out – due to stress and the pressure of sitting all day. I couldn’t even bend over to lift the toilet seat lid without intense pain!
There is definitely a learning curve but if you ease your way in and follow the instructions, you’ll be on your way.
A month in and I am realizing how many basic things were causing me pain and wearing me out on a daily basis – because the pain is now either greatly minimized, or simply isn’t there any longer!
Started out on 1-2 min 3x a day, now 2-4 minutes 1x a day, and beginning on strengthening exercises.
HIGHLY recommend!

Before Teeter, my lower back and hip pain continued to worsen by the time I turned 65. Some days, I was barely able to walk. I tried everything to relieve the pain, including an electric heat pad, stretching, laying flat on my cold tile floor, and over the counter pain meds. Nothing worked.
When I saw my my Teeter commercial on TV I was intrigued by Mr. Teeter’s personal testimony of back pain, which led him to apply his knowledge and experience as an Aerospace Engineer to design and develop the Teeter Fitspine inversion table. The testimonies from many satisfied customers strengthened my belief that the Fitspine really does what it is advertised to do.
Soon after turning 65, my wife and I decided that it was time to give the Teeter Fitspine a try. So, I purchased my Fitspine LX9 directly from Teeter, which offered the best price with free shipping. The shipping process enabled me to track my shipment all the way from Washington state to Florida to arrive precisely on schedule.
The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. I assembled my LX9 by myself in one hour. The instructions, plus the excellent videos available on the Teeter Move app, helped me decide which settings were best for me to use as a beginner and to achieve the perfect balance I needed for my height and weight.
I started out slowly, closely following Rylie Teeter’s wonderfully helpful videos on the Teeter Move app. Within a few days I had experienced noticeable back an hip pain relief. By Week 3, I had advanced to to very comfortable and relaxing full inversion and absolutely ZERO back and hip pain!
I eagerly look forward to my daily Fitspine sessions. Just like Harold Teeter says in the commercials, “Teeter saved my life!” I am eternally grateful to Mr. Teeter, Rylie Teeter, and the entire Teeter Team! A mere ‘Thank you’ does not adequately express my sincere appreciation for all you do to make your superior quality products available to the world. But, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

I bought a Teeter inversion table 5 years ago and was using it to stretch after a long walk/jog. I gave the inversion table away to a family member when I moved to California from Texas. I bought a cheaper version from Amazon as a replacement but it was not well-built so I barely used it. (I ended up donating it.) I recently started working out a lot more and injured myself with an inflamed glute which caused sciatic pain. I went to urgent care and was prescribed muscle relaxers and Motrin for pain and was advised on what stretches I needed to do on a daily basis. During that time, I thought about how having an inversion table could have helped prevent this kind of injury, so I ended up buying the Teeter Fitspine. It was easy to put together and I have been using it almost every day when I need a good stretch. (I have to admit the newer Teeter inversion table is better than the first one I used.) On the first use, I felt a small pop and I was like “Ohh”. It felt good. Stretching is a daily routine now for me and having an inversion table is a good way to stretch the spine. I think the inversion table is a necessity and everyone should own one, even if they are sedentary.

It’s always extremely frustrating to encounter a product like this: that not only does what it’s supposed to do but also EXCELS… yet has one or more MAJOR shortcomings that render is useless (or almost useless). Such is the case with my Teeter inversion table. Starting with the positive: it is a true miracle on the back. As a former National Champion runner who stays in excellent shape, I jumped right in and by Day 2 or 3 was doing 30-60 minutes per day (broken in to 3-8 minute segments over the course of the day)… with AMAZING benefits, and seemingly without issues.
However, after about a week or two, I had Ankle pain that I’ve never experienced before (and since I hadn’t started anything else new), the cause was pretty obvious: the Teeter inversion table. (to confirm, I stopped using it for 2-3 weeks, my Ankles recovered and had no further issues), then I tried to use it again for JUST 1-3 MINUTES PER DAY; and BOOM! Within an hour, my Ankle pain was back, both Ankles, in the same spots.
What’s so frustrating is: IF there was just another 1-2 adjustments (OR if the Ankle padding were better designed) this could very easily be avoided. For example, if the horizontal bar supporting the BOTTOM Ankle pads had an adjustment to raise it just a few inches higher, it would be perfect. “Adjustability” of the Bottom Ankle pads is near useless because it “un-adjusts” as you go in to inversion. Best workaround to date I’ve come up with to avoid Ankle injury is to NOT follow the instructions (obviously you must be extremely careful in doing this); but basically DO NOT lower the TOP Ankle pads all the way. I wouldn’t recommend going past 45 deg when doing this… and usually I hold the side bars as an extra precaution; but this is NOT ideal because I cannot get full relaxation of the back muscles nor do I feel comfortable going to my sweet spot (60 degrees inversion). Since I am getting some usability out of the machine, I’ve given it 2 stars. Otherwise, I’d be returning it.

A few years ago I was having back trouble, pain and partial disability almost all day every day, sometimes escalating to temporary but acute pain and disability. I was diagnosed by x-ray with “significant degenerative disc disease.”
Initially I asked my orthopedist about the advisability of buying an inversion table, and my understanding of the answer was that it was reported to have helped some individuals, but not others, and that each person basically had to try it for themselves. I followed through because I was suffering daily and at constant risk of much worse. Looking for quality and reputation, I purchased a Teeter inversion table.
For about a year I experienced very modest benefits from using it. But at one point I chanced upon the idea of using it for a few minutes each night just before getting into bed and lying down for the night. The results of that strategy have been truly amazing and life-altering. Instead of decompressing my spine for five minutes at a time, I end up decompressing my spine for five minutes and eight hours by morning.
That strategy has made a huge difference for me! I cannot overstate what an enormous relief and improvement it has meant for my everyday living and activities! Nowadays I almost never have any back trouble.
I am writing to share what has worked so well for me in hopes that you may pass the strategy along to any others who may also benefit. In addition to your website visitors and colleagues, you may have some avenue by which to recommend a rigorous scientific and medical study at some university or hospital that researches such issues, allowing the possibility of publication if documented to be widely beneficial. Thank you!

Male, 65 years old. Purchased my Teeter about one month ago. Suffered from periodic lower back spasms and nerve pain, as well as hip discomfort.
Amazingly, I experienced relief for both issues, much sooner than I had a much sooner than I had anticipated, when I started using the LX9.
I began my therapy at 30 degrees inversion, gradually increased to 60 degrees and the head blood flow discomfort issue I read in reviews was minimal.
I’m not cured, but the pain is reduced and some days non-existent, which was a shocking surprise.
In my opinion, Teeter is a superior company overall. They provide sturdy quality products, warranty, customer service, user friendly instructions, and exercise tips are provided with the purchase.
The equipment allows the individual to control their own outcome, meaning results are determined by your commitment. For me 15-30 minutes a day is providing me with 150% results and allowing me to return to a somewhat active lifestyle again.
Regarding the financial aspect of this product, I did purchase the equipment on sale, but due to the results, I am thinking about reducing the frequency of my monthly scheduled chiropractor visits. This could offset my initial cost for the product in a year or two.
My gratitude to the Teeter organization for making this a win-win situation for me personally.

Hello new grandfathers. I’m a recent new grandfather and almost the full time babysitter along with a full time job. A newborn doesn’t weigh much but after a year the weight continues to increase and the way you pick the little guy up gets harder and harder. It takes its toll on any back and mine wasn’t any different. I decided to get the teeter to ease my back pain and it has really helped me with that. I don’t pick up my grandson like I use to but I definitely don’t have the pain I did have. I’m looking forward to being an active grandfather and the teeter is going to help me do this. Assembly was difficult and required the assistance of another person, particularly with installing the handle brackets. I’ve purchased a couple off brands but the teeter is the real deal. Easy assembly, very pleasant well balanced table. You can remain in full control meditating on perfect level to full conversion just moving your hands by setting your height plus one inch with the quick set lock mechanism. The foot lock is very comfortable with a micro click adjustment for any size ankles. I use it about 2 minutes twice a day more if I’m home bored. It has alleviated my rhomotod ankles and knees. You can buy with monthly payment plan which is 4 times cheaper than missing work running to the chiropractor for temp relief. The teeter will heal in some situations. If it doesn’t you can send back how could you loose? Teeter 9 is not a gimmick piece it is well engineered for proper and safe spinal decompression.

I have spinal stenosis, sciatica, and 3 degenerated discs in my lower back. These conditions have been with me for the last 40+ years. (I am 69 years young.)
.
Until 8 months ago, Chiropractic kept these ailments from interfering with my quality of life. Then, the conditions got worse – in the mornings I could barely walk after getting out of bed. Only a 15 minute session on my chiropractor’s decompression table gave me any relief — and that only lasted a day or two. Seeing that the decompression table did give me relief (albeit temporarily) he suggested that I invest in an inversion table.
I researched several leading brands and chose Teeter for the following reason:
1. FDA registration and UL listed
2. online training and support
3. build quality – I am 260lbs.
Putting those altogether, it was a no-brainer that the Teeter FitSpine LX9 was the right inversion table for me.
The first time I tried the table, my sciatic pain was gone within minutes. I used the Teeter 3 times a day and within one week, I was once again walking perfectly upright. Pain levels reduced from debilitating to quite bearable within one week. Now, a month later, most of the time I am pain-free. I used to have to “pull” myself up the stairs to get to the bedroom. The strength in my lower back and legs has returned to the point where I now only hold on to the handrail for balance, not support.
I got to this point following Teeter’s online video for beginners with low back pain. I use it 3 times per day as follows:
First: 2 minutes in a horizontal position – This relaxes the muscles and my pelvis – especially since I use the Posture Pads as well.
Second: I invert for 3 minutes and I use the Traction Handles – 10 seconds on then 10 seconds off for the first minute or two. (I started at 20-degree inversion, then increased 10 degrees each week. Now, I do one minute at 60 degrees, then 1 minute at full inversion, then 1 minute at 60 degree)
Third: I return to horizontal and slowly return to the mounting/dismounting position over the course of 1 minute.
To summarize: in just one month, the FitSpine got me from living with excruciating pain, to being pain-free 90% of the time.
THANK YOU, TEETER!

I have a dessicated disk and this was pretty much the last ditch effort to eliminate my pain before considering surgery. While it does feel great – particularly full inversion – and causes cracks up and down my back along my spine, it does not seem to be helping with my pain issues associated with my disk.
I am about midway through my trial period and I like that I was offered a 90 day return policy and am considering keeping the LX9 rather than returning it because of how it feels when I invert. As for the pain, the relief lasts about 2-3 minutes after I get off of the table and then gravity takes over once again. I did just start complete inversion after about 4-5 weeks of having the table and we will see if it happens to eliminate my disk issue.
I would recommend you give it a try and see how it works for you.

Well it not only helped my back issues I’ve been dealing with for 25 years. I’ve had therapy and shots over the years and neither helped. Teeter has made me a new man! My knees use to bother me first thing in the morning, not no more. Also I have neuropathy with the stinging and burning feet. I was told it is nerve damage and no cure and meds is the only thing I can do. Well they were wrong! It helps with it too! I finally convince my 84 year old father that has serious back issues to give my Teeter a try for 2 weeks. He did and now he owns his own, actually just got it about a month ago. He also is a new man. We both do it 3 minutes a day and not even every day. Average of 4-5 days a week. I tell everyone I know my story and even offered friends to come and try mine first. My brother is another with a bad back. He’s coming next week to try it out for awhile. All of us are heavy truck mechanics that have bad backs. I can’t say enough about how great it is! Also my father and I don’t even do full inversion. 60° Works great for us. Thank You Teeter!

Sturdy and well built product; was easy to assemble. It does take up a good amount of space, so take that into consideration before buying it. As it says, major part of it is preassembled and easy to setup with BILT app. And you will find improvement in back pain in 10days with regular inversion

The last thing I do before I go to bed is an inversion. My first inversion my spine went pop several times and felt great.

This inversion table delivers the most comprehensive stretch imaginable. We used several different tables before purchasing the Teeter, and wish we would have made the leap sooner.

Pretty good so far. Use it about once every two to three days for about 20-30 mins. Be careful coming back upright too fast ;-). Definitely helps and worth the $$.

This has been part of my lower back therapy along with Physical Therapy. My back is improving and I plan to continue to have the inversion part of my back health going forward

At 6’5″, the release bar for the ankles is too far out of reach. I have a bulging disc at L5, and when trying to release my ankles I need to bend forward quite a ways which throws out my back and causes me to get worse than I was before inverting.
TJoy –
I was so excited to receive my new teeter. It works fine , as long as I’m not having a challenging day with back issues…cause then, it’s too painful and not user friendly to mount and try to lay back! So far for me the lumbar does Not help at any time.

I love the LX9 inversion table. I suffered a herniated disc L5-S1. Had numbness in my leg and foot. The teeter got me on the way to healing. I use it 2 to 3 times a day for relief. I highly recommend for someone searching how to get well from this injury. Also once you understand how the spine works you realize how great this tool is for your continued health.

I was advised to get the inversion table in order to avoid back surgery. After using the table for several weeks now, I can absolutely feel my spine being decompressed and have much more mobility!! I use it twice a day for 5 minutes each time and have nothing but positive things to say about this product!!

I Was skeptical about this product but after trying it over a friend‘s house. I decided to purchase it. I have now been using it for over 30 days. I’ve definitely seen improvements. I am now able to stand for longer than five minutes in one spot without having pain and having to sit down. I use it twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening right after work. This is a lifesaver. I am now starting to participate in physical activities again as well as working out. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has any issues with the back.

The inversion table definitely reverses compression in the spinal column and relieves pressure on nerves especially associated with pain due to sciatica and muscle tension and related pain in other areas of my back. Extreme pain in my left shoulder blade and from right side rib damage in my youth is being relieved. Low back pain from a chiropractor error twelve years ago is being relieved as well. I have overdone inversion time and am very gradually increasing my inversion time. Also I am gradually increasing the inversion angle. Get started with a person standing by just in case your initial balance point settings don’t allow you to easily rotate back up. I needed time to regain flexibility in raising my arms overhead to get the inversion rotation started. I also have a bubble gut that was countering my arm weight. When I was inverted my bubble gut slid toward my rib cage preventing me from rotating to the upright position. I used some very light wrist weights to give enough counterbalance weight to invert and then to return to upright. My son was standing by to make sure I did not get stuck. I now have practiced enough to use the Teeter on my own. I am a mechanical engineer and have a tendency to skip over directions. Definitely follow directions especially in relation to the balance point settings.
Some suggestions: 1) the low back arch plate needs to be more flexible and longer to allow for a more gentle arch under the low back; 2) advise to not over tighten the ankle restraint otherwise it may be to tight to allow wiggle room to press the release button; 3) I would like to see a softer and lower in height Fit Spine Posture Restore cushions; 4) I would like to have adjustment from upright to horizontal; 5) would be great to lock and unlock the incline position so that sit up type motion or other torso lifting motion and exercise could be done on the LX 9 or other Teeter platforms.

It’s fabulous! My back is feeling much better. I have not had any neck muscle spasms since starting my daily use of the teeter. my lower back and right hip does not catch when I have sat for 30 or more minutes in my car and try to stand up. I would recommend this to anyone with back issues. One note if you have had surgery you should consult your physician first. Thank you Teeter! I love my Teeter inversion table

I love my LX9 inversion table. I’m 68 yrs old. I purchased this table to relieve the stiffness and tension in my lower back. It worked, I’m able to wake up in the morning and stand up straight as soon as I get out of bed. I’m in good shape I workout 4-5 days a week. This product has improved my quality of life. The table is very well balanced. I move my hands slightly and the table responds easily. I work my shoulders with dumbbells while I’m inverted, my range of motion has greatly improved. This a solid well made product. I would strongly recommend.

This is easy to use and actually quite comfortable. I like that I can adjust the back nodules and the spinal piece or take them off completely. This is a very nice inversion table and I use it twice a day for pinched nerves and herniated discs and it helps take the pressure off my spine. I would recommend this to anyone with pains that do not want to get surgery unless it is the last option.

I have been looking at Teeter for years and already had a inversion table for about 20 years or so but the heavier I got, the more it severely hurt my ankles when inverting. I’m 61 years old now and 6′ 5 1/2″ and I weigh 290 lbs. I am a locomotive engineer living in northern Ohio, and it’s true what they say about Ohio. If you don’t like the weather just wait a few minutes, it’ll change. Everyone knows that weather change makes the joints hurt a little bit more. The first thing I wanted to do is get upside down but I had to wear my work boots just to invert so I could sustain the pain to my ankles. So I finally purchased the FitSpine LX9 Inversion Table by Teeter. I was a little concerned because of my height that the Teeter wouldn’t be a good fit but it’s perfect. I’ve been using it for a couple months now and I feel so much better. I had back surgery 5 years ago, a microdiscectomy without any metal so my doctor said it was safe to still invert. I don’t know what I was waiting for, this table doesn’t hurt my ankles because of the comfortable way it secures them plus I don’t have to lean down with a hurt back to pull the pin. All I have to do is press the button on the long handle and pull it away after I finish my inversion. The Teeter outperforms any table I have ever used and it’s very comfortable to use. I love the lower back attachment and pressure point nodules and the optional neck relax and amp. They really do help with alignment of the spine and comfort of use. So don’t wait and ponder, just make the purchase and you’ll be very satisfied. It’s a great product. My back thanks you Teeter and so do I. Now that I’m feeling better, I’m ready to purchase the Teeter FreeStep LT3 Cross Trainer and shed some of these unwanted pounds.

I have had problems with my lower back for years. I have been using the Teeter 2x a day at a 45 degree angle for a month and my back feels so much better. I just started using it at 60 degrees. It is very important that when you finish using it don’t jump right off the Teeter relax for 30 seconds then exit the machine. I highly recommend , it truly works. Your goal is to reach 60 degrees and your back will feel 100% better

My Teeter LX9 Inversion Table bummer-ranged on me, thus locking me upside-down for 15+ minutes and whiplashed my spine and cranium; It locked me upside down and jammed my ankle release mechanism, therefore, I was unable to release myself; my cell phone was next to me, so I called my neighbors for help – I live alone. The trauma to my head, neck hips, back, ankles and knees as well as to my lung and hear was severe .thus, causing sever damage and contusions and massive bleeding to both my lungs and my heart, and rushed to ER via EMS and in hospital for 3 days and much medication and unable to drive for 7days. I have had this machine for several years without issue, and it is still like new, however, it just failed to work, and almost cost me my life, and my health! I am still under the Care of a Cardiologist and Lung Specialist to date. BE WARE, and BE CAREFUL. I will never use this machine again. (LRG – Friendswood, TX).

It is a wonderful product, but at least until I solve my current sciatic problem, it is useless to me because it is encouraging an anterior pelvic tilt which exacerbates the sciatic nerve problem.

Wish i would have ordered this a long time ago. I used to have constant back pain. Regular trips to the chiropractor, pain relievers, stretching on rolled up towels, and anything else that i could think of. Saw an ad for the teeter and thought this might be it. Well guess what? It was it! I have used it daily and I can say that it has worked wonders. I feel like a new person with more energy and no more pain.

This is a great product, hands down. I look at many others before I purchased this and they all seemed to very light and not well thought out. This is a engineered product and it is very well thought out and it has been improved over the years. It comes well packed and it was fairly easy to assemble. The experience from using it is life changing. No more back pain, chiropractors or Advil. I us it two times a day. 1st thing in the morning and when I get home from work. Just buy it and get started but start slow at a low angle and then build up your time and slowly increase the angle. I think too many people go to far too fast. If you stick to it your life will change.

I had back surgery 30 years ago to repair a ruptured disk. I Farm and am very active. I have used a Teeter inversion table for over 25 years. I have owned 4 different Teeter products. The new FitSpine LX9 is the best yet. Whenever I pick up something I shouldn’t or twist wrong I use the LX9 and the next day I can go again. Suggestion, Use the inversion table just before bed after use go immediately to bed and lay flat for 20 minuets. This allows your body fluids to refill the opened compressed spaces in your back. In the morning you will feel much better.

Recently after my purchase of the FitSpineLX9 I hurt my back moving a king size bed. Once I realized That I “threw my back out” and that I was in a lot of pain, I hopped on the Teeter Inversion table and wow, I felt instant relief. I needed to do this about two to three times a day for a few days. After those few days I was back to normal. Great product. I always wanted an inversion table from the day I first saw the commercial years and years ago. Very Happy!!!!

I like my Teeter LX9 a lot. Set up was easy enough. USE THE VIDEO. The videos to use the inversion table, get the proper balance, and set up should be used. There is a learning curve on using the table. Before you do a full 90 degree bat hang, make sure you watch the video. Good idea to have a spotter. Or at least a cell phone nearby. I find 60 degrees to be very comfortable and relaxing.

Prior to purchasing the FitSpine LX9 I was having great difficulty doing even the simplest tasks. Walking had become difficult, let alone tennis and skiing. After 3 weeks of use, I literally had zero pain. This after visits to PT and chiropractors had failed to show long term results. I saw the video and thought ‘its worth a try’ and I am so glad I did. Pain free, robust, able to do all of the activities that I love doing. I have told my friends ‘its like a time machine taking me back 25 years!’

I use to go to a chiropractor for adjustments. Feeling that having my spine manually adjusted could at some point do more harm rather than good. I had heard about inversion tables for years and how gravity could naturally put your spine back into its natural position by using this device for roughly 10 minutes a day. I recently decided to purchase the Teeter. After looking at all of the models vs price I decided on the LX9. I have had this device for a little more than a month and I am already enjoying the effects. I feel like some of the stiffness in my shoulders, neck, and back are diminishing. After becoming disabled several years ago after multiple surgeries on various body parts, I felt the Teeter along with a strict diet and exercise regime would help me in feeling better. Having worked in the pre-hospital health care industry for over 32 years, not following the best of eating habits, due to the demanding rigors of my job, left me beatup and battered physically. The Teeter is simple to use, and by feeling the benefits of what this product is capable of doing, I look forward to the benefits the Teeter will provide me with in the future!
