Inversion is contraindicated (not recommended) for anyone with surgically implanted orthopedic supports or a significant curvature to the spine. While this does not mean that you cannot invert, it means that you’ll need to check with your doctor before trying inversion. I can’t say enough about this product. I’ve purchased it three times, having given it away twice, because i wasn’t allowed to use it in an apartment, or the door frames were metal, but I always paid it forward when doing so. The benefits are simply amazing. It’s simple to assemble, easy to use, and my back is grateful every day. If you want a real challenge, try doing inverted squats! They can’t be done on an inversion table (i wouldn’t try it, anyway). I’ve recommended inversion therapy to aviators who had the displeasure of having to use their ejection seats, and the results saved them from surgery. Can’t say enough
