Hi Pevad,
Inversion is contraindicated (not recommended) for anyone with surgically implanted orthopedic supports or a significant curvature to the spine. While this does not mean that you cannot invert, it means that you’ll need to check with your doctor before trying inversion. You can find out more about contraindications here: https://teeter.com/blog/faq-items/who-should-use-it/

I fell in some rock at work and didn’t think I injured my self. After a few days I was not able to sleep more than 4 hours as the pain would wake me up and could only sleep the remainder of the night by getting in my recliner. I went to the chiropractor twice and missed work to make my appointments. It didn’t help. I decided to buy the teeter inversion table and once I used it for 2 days I slept in my bed all night. I use it almost daily now. I work construction and am 60 years old. It has helped me more than any thing I have ever tried. I know at least 3 others who say the same thing I do. It is a great product. I love mine.
Chandeau –
I’m 53 now, and damaged my back 6 years ago. Since that day, my back would go out 1-2 times a year, and take weeks to recover while my sleep suffered as a result. Even on my best days, I would dose to the limit with acetaminophen to manage the pain, after NSAIDs took my BP too high. The first time I inverted, I felt my spine realign, and have been using the Teeter daily ever since. I’ve been using it for a few weeks, and no pain…….so no OTC meds now either; wonderful! So now I’m back on my work-out routine I couldn’t do for 6 yrs, and honestly don’t recall feeling so good! Folks, this is an awesome product!

The heavy snow took its toll on me this year. Shoveling caused my herniated disc to rear its head again after several years of remission, this time down my left hip and leg. Sleeping was near impossible. This led to my purchase, as I wanted to try an alternative to chiropractic sessions. At one month, I cannot report 100% recovery. Progress is definitely being made, however, and my sleep is much improved. If I feel a pinch in the middle of the night, I invert for a few minutes and the pain subsides, allowing me to rest again. Try scheduling a chiropractor visit for 2 a.m. and see how successful you are! I’m glad I can count on my Teeter when needed.

I invested in this product for work related injuries that I have been dealing with for 3 years now. Physical therapy, acupuncture, numerous medical devices along with surgical procedures to 3 different body parts. The rapid response from the body to the positive effects of this exercise. Has increased mobility and provided a goal to reach…

I have all 5 L1 – L5 vertebra with herniated discs, bulging disc and server stenosis. I’ve been going to a Chiropractor for about 1 1/2 years and although I did get some relief I didn’t think that it was worth the £75.00 visits, sometime twice a week but always once a week. Since I got the FitSpine X3 I stopped going to the Chiropractor. Your product is a God Send and I tell everyone that if they have back issues you have to get a Teeter. Don’t even bother with other brands the Teeter is the only one to get. Do your self a favour, if your back / spine is not right get it now because every day you wait you are loosing out on relief.

All in all, it’s a nice table. We had to get a little creative with the settings to go to full lock; shorter people would have to set the height adjustment to a taller height for it to work. My complaint is the plastic table gets cosmetically damaged during shipping. A Teeter rep said it wasn’t structural damage, but wasn’t interested in swapping out the table. It’s an expensive piece of equipment to appear banged up from new.

I first started using my Teeter on May 16, 2022. The reason I made the purchase was due to a diagnosis quite a few years ago of two bulging discs. I have lived with this condition relatively pain free until this year. I noticed quite a bit of pain running down my left leg and into my left ankle. At the recommendation of my chiropractor I thought I’d give the Teeter FitSpine X3 a try. After about three weeks of using it religiously, I noticed quite a bit of difference. I currently use it two or three times a day and although I am not 100% pain free, I am able to do anything I want and bend any way I want with little or no discomfort. Would I recommend this product? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Living with sciatic nerve pain off and on for many years I have watched how your product has improved and finally got around to making the purchase. I had worked in the medical field in the military 50 plus years ago some of that time was in neurosurgery and the best solution we had back then was pelvic traction. When I started using my inversion table just a few weeks ago, my lightening bolt that shot down my leg from the sciatic nerve just vanished with in a couple of days! Now I use it daily for just a few minutes at a time for a break and I wouldn’t want to live without it.

Impressed with the materials used in construction, the packaging used to ship it, and ease of use. Directions not so much. The ankle holders need some work as they can pinch and should have more adjustment available. The foot rest is worthless as it rotates to easy. There should be a way to lock it in position. I purchase the optional neck support and will be sending that back as both my wife and I found it to be to large.
Jaimeson –
Prior to buying the Teeter FitSpine X3, I had no good way for distraction of my spine without visiting my chiropractor. 15-20 minute sessions on the table, help relieve my low back pain and stiffness following long endurance sessions on the bike and on the run.

I’d love to give you 5 stars b/c I believe in your product but I guess I’m the problem. I’m 78 years old, live alone and I’m top heavy. I put this thing together by myself which took time. I still don’t have my feet at the right distance yet and every time I change it, I have to change the lumbar cushion..I tried to invert at the 20% level for the first time and I immediately flew back. Well, that frightened me cause all my weight headed straight for my head. .I had trouble getting back up again, remember I live alone. So I have been adjusting and re-adjusting all this time and it’s still not right, getting better but not right. I tried to put the pressure points on and they outright hurt so I took them back off until I get the other things fixed. When I lay back on the table now, I level out and have to push myself back. Once I’m back I can relax, (that’s the secret) then I have to pull myself back up again.
I’m trying. I want this to work for me. I know it will work for me. If I had someone to help I’d probably be in my glory using the table but I’m not there……yet. I know it’ll come.
Old Cole –
I have abused my spine all my life. The doctors that I have seen give me shots, ablations and drugs to ease the pain but no one has ever suggested a way to reverse the problem. It appears that decompression over time is allowing my spine to heal somewhat. I’m not sure that I grasp the concept but it it working day by day.

Product seems well made. Like the opportunity to freely hang upside down. Also like that i can do sit ups from inverted position. Almost used every day so far but have not noticed any improvement in my lower right back that has constant discomfort. Waiting for a ct scan in May to see what is causing the constant discomfort. If you are looking for an inversion table that is well made, i would recommend this model.

The first time I got on my Teeter I went to 60 degrees. I felt something give in my back. I wondered if that was good or bad. I can say that was good! Even when my back is tired, I can stand upright.

I have been seeing a pain specialist about my back pain and have tried cortisone injections and tested for an ablation procedure. Nothing worked and the next step medically would be back surgery. I’ve had the Teeter for a month and cannot believe how helpful it has been for pain relief and stretching already. I am a life-long competitive tennis player and stopped serving due to back pain. Now I’ve already started serving again and I’m getting a crazy idea of playing tournaments again. You all want a testimonial? I’m all in. Thank you Teeter!!

I bought the Teeter X3 Fitspine and the vibration/heat comfort pad directly through Teeter and couldn’t be happier with the ease of the purchase process! I received both items within the estimated time frame and was very impressed with the quality of the packaging. I easily assembled the fitspine and was very impressed with the engineering and obvious quality of the frame and structure. I’ve had lower back pain for 10 years due to a car accident and had to take pain pills and muscle relaxers to ease the pain. I have only used the fitspine for three weeks but, I have already reduced my chronic back pain by 80%. I’ve talked to many friends and family and expressed my very positive experience with the fitspine. Thank you.

I had been looking at these for a while now and comparing them to other inversion tables. My lower back issues seemed like prime candidates for the gentle traction of an inversion table. The X3 won my vote based on my investigation into its construction compared to other brands, its ankle locking mechanism and the folding storage option. It came in a large box, which was a bit intimidating. However, the instructions were easy to follow and spot on. I had it assembled in less than 10 minutes. It is now part of my every day stretching and exercise plan and I could not be happier.

I have a table I use as needed. When my grandfather in-law had back problems this year, he started using mine. I bought this one for him because of the long bar like mine and we both like the ankle cups compared to other designs. The pillow + Lumbar support were nice additions over my model. I Love that you can break it down into 3 pieces easily and store it. He said having his at his home he can use more often has been great for his back to get things realigned without having to constantly go in for adjustments.
jimrobie –
well built, quality product. this is my second table. i gave my first to a friend during a period of time when i was not able to use it. now that i have been cleared to use an inversion table again i bought the same one without hesitation. my only complaint would be the assembly instructions could be better. some of the pictures and descriptions are as clear as mud. AND would it really be too much to ask that they come out with precise instructions for the particular model – i mean really. my instructions handles 2 or 3 different models then there was an additional paper inserted with instructions with no reference to where it fit in for sequence.

My back is so happy. As soon as you do full inversion, you can feel all the areas that are bound up from the ankles up, or down, depending on which way is up for you haha! Pairs well with the Dex 2 for inversion options. Be consistent though, if you want results, commit to doing it every day for at least a week. The head pressure will go away. It’s only intense because you’re never upside down, so don’t wimp out because of the head pressure! Your back and overall well being will rewarded!!!

I kept getting a reoccurring knot in my back that was painful for a week or two. Heating pad just wasn’t enough to give me relief and I had that thing on the highest setting too. stretching gave me a brief bit of comfort. I’m 60 years old and figured I would probably have to endure this on and off for the rest of my life andor pay for chiropractic care. Decided to bite the bullet and just pay for the teeter since we could use it in the privacy of our own home. The first time I got on it the setting was at the recommended starting point and I wasn’t fully inverted. I got relief right away, but the knot didn’t immediately go away until a few days went by. A few weeks later I could feel the tell tale signs of it coming back, so to the teeter I went, not fully inverted and for only a minute or two. That’s when I felt near immediate relief. It hasn’t come back since. My husband uses it on an almost daily basis for his hips. He says they do feel better. So my recommendation is don’t wait until you’re in severe pain to use your teeter, but get on it at the first inkling of something coming.

I was very skeptical about getting any inversion table and was afraid it would be a big expensive coat hanger. Ended up getting Teeter due to reviews.
Quality is great. Solid. Moves smoothly. And fairly easy to move once set up.
I ended up doing simple (tethered) inversions to start and then fully released. After a few times I felt parts of my hips and stomach start to open up. A few slight shifts left and right help. Added benefit is I get the blood flowing to my upper body and head (all while my Labrador finds it a game to come and incessantly lick my face).
The one downside – I find the handles to be a bit strange. If the were on the stationary part of the table they would help me get fully upright after inversion. I just can’t figure out the full value of them.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Julie in customer service. I ordered my inversion table on Black Friday front Amazon. When I receive it and went to assemble i the A frame was bent on one side at the support bracket and the table couldn’t be installed. I called customer service and got Julie. She was so helpful and took my information and told me she would send me a new A frame at no cost. I hadn’t even had time to register my warranty. The replacement arrived in a few days and I was able to assemble my table and start using it. It has already begun to ease my pain. I have to say this experience with a company customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Teeter and thanks again Julie.

I have compressed discs in my spine. At L-5, S-1 the disc has a 6mm protrusion that contacts nerves which cause severe pain in my left leg and lower back. I am conducting physical therapy that includes water exercise and traction to relieve the disc compression. Although this helps, I wasn’t able to address the pain and loss of leg function between sessions. When I obtained my Teeter Inversion Table and began using it, I experienced immediate lessening of the nerve interference and resulting pain. Daily five-minute sessions on the table that allow relief of compression in my spine help me to have much better mobility function and complement the traction therapy. I’ve been able to reduce the physical therapy session frequency through use of the Teeter table.

I bought the X3 about 6 weeks ago and my L4 and L5 were on a steady downward decline the pain was just awful hadn’t worked since December 27 and right after I bought it I was diagnosed with a double hernia so I couldn’t use it for a month with that being said I have been using it about 2 weeks and I can tell a HUGE difference just using it once a day. I can bend over without very much discomfort can get in and out of bed easily and best of all my lower back pain has went from a 10 to probably a 6. I had purchased a cheap inversion table several years ago and it worked till it didn’t.
I WISH ID BOUGHT THE TEETER 8 years ago ,but, I’ve got one now. And if I have anything to say about it and I do,I will never relinquish my control of it! They’ll have to pry me off of it.

For nearly a decade I lived with lower back pain. Not much would help provide relief; it was always just luck that some days might be better than others.
At a friend’s recommendation I purchased a Teeter and was ASTONISHED that within days my lower pack pain was significantly reduced! Not until my Teeter took away the pain did I realize how much that pain impacted my mental well-being. Pain was no longer occupying such significant portions of my consciousness. My thinking is clearer. My outlook on my day is more optimistic.
Thank you Teeter!

Suffered chronic back pain for 11 months straight from a prolapsed disc, vertebrae wear and tear and nerve pain on right side of hip and buttock and down the leg. I also had been ‘locked-up’ with my leg dragging when trying to walk-not a good look! Spent time and money on about x25 chiropractic visits (tried 3 different ones) with no real benefit or any
improvement. Had referral to physiotherapist and that was a bit of a dead end other than a further referral for an up to date MRI scan to identify how much my spinal health has deteriorated. I genuinely did not know spinal inversion was a thing! On speaking to my old chiropractor and describing what I felt I wanted-‘I just feel like if I was on a rack and was pulled gently at both ends -hands and feet-to reduce the compression in my spine and lengthen my back I’m sure that would be of benefit’….
What about trying an inversion table ? he said……….might be worth a shot?………..
OMG 😱 light bulb moment. Who knew these things existed? And that’s after nearly a year of chronic pain and 30 visits to chiropractors and physiotherapists!! Why oh why did no one mention this as a possible option sooner, even if it was a long shot?
Ordered the Teeter Fitspine x3 and it arrived within 3 days 👍 Didn’t want a cheap little gimmicky table if there was a chance of it breaking-I’m 6’2” and 210 lbs (15 stone)
Impressive quality and engineering and easy to assemble.
My first 3 minute inversion was an epiphany no less. Instant-but temporary pain relief and that floating feeling you get after a good spinal manipulation/adjustment. So the first week of using the table was a bit of a roller coaster, with each session providing instant , but temporary pain relief lasting about 30-45 minutes each time.
I can only describe it anecdotally, as my spine trying to find an equilibrium after so long out of shape and it is taking time to adjust! (sic) to a new (old) state. Not sure if that makes complete sense, but it’s a work in progress for sure.
After 2 weeks I am currently pain free the last 3 days-a condition that is mind-blowing in its clarity to be honest. (You will probably understand if you have chronic back pain-it creates a fog that permeates your whole daily routine.)
I am currently using the table x3 a day for 4-5 minutes each time and am at 60 degree inversion. Haven’t been vertical yet so that’s another progression for the future along with exercises while inverted.
Frankly its a bit scary to think this is my new path and the improvements in my mobility and reduction in chronic pain might just be for real, but I am a major convert thus far and am dedicated to keeping with the program to see how far it takes me.
The next big hurdle will be trying golf again -and that’s another scary thought after so long!
Thank you Rogers Teeter!1 🙏

This has been just what i needed. I recently went to a chiropractor who x-rayed my spine and in the lower lumbar area, it deviates about 20°. I was told that a 20 visit plan at the tune of about $740 and i would be all fixed up. Well, this table didn’t cost only about half of that and it’s getting the job done. Right in my own house.

I really enjoy it and haven’t found any major faults with it. It’s helped my back (spinal arthritis and bulging discs) quite a bit since getting it. The light strain on the ankles takes some getting used to but it’s not too bad. I never felt unsafe on it either.

First of all, by following the clear instructions, the inversion table was a snap to assemble. While adjusting the inversion table to my height and weight, and during my first inversions, I took note of how well it was constructed, which convinced me that this piece of equipment was no substandard toy. I use the Teeter inversion table several times a day, and feel “renewed” after each use. Additionally, I have not found it necessary to go to my chiropractor since I started using my Teeter inversion table. Another unanticipated benefit is that it is paying for itself by saving chiropractors visits and fees. I would highly recommend that anyone suffering from back-related aches and pains, to strongly consider purchasing a Teeter, as it works.

My teeter is a life saver, i have only had it for a little over a month now. Before i was in pain daily in my lower back down my left leg to my knee. I also have cervical spinal stenosis with occipital neuralgia, so i was a little afraid what it would do with my head and neck. As long as i invert slowly and not all the way, i am good. After the first time on my teeter when getting off, the nerves in my lower back started to tingle, i then knew i had something great. I try to use it daily because if i don’t for a couple of days, the pain starts to return. I am glad i purchased the X3 because it is easy to pull yourself back up. I was really afraid of a future surgery, but now it might not have to be. I am starting to walk better and for longer periods of time. Thanks to Teeter, I see a brighter future. Thanks for a great product.

I’ve had this for about a week now. It was fairly simple for one person to put together and it works well with one issue. The foot bar on the bottom spins 360 degrees with a different height on either side (to allow more or less space between the bottom of your foot and your ankle). However, the foot pad does not lock in place. For most people, this would be a non-issue I think. However, at 5’3, I still need to stand on my toe pad area on the high side of the foot bar in order for my ankles to fit into the braces. When I return to the starting position, my body weight slides back down and the foot bar tends to roll forward. So when I return to “standing” position, my feet are no longer on a solid surface. I was told by the company that this is by design to allow for different users (without the hassle of locking/ unlocking the foot bar). I was told to wear thicker shoes (I would need some platform style circa 1994) or to lean down and adjust with my hands (what?!) I think it is a safety issue so buyer beware if your under 5’4.

It was pretty easy to assemble, added the heat and vibration pad which fit on nicely too. Adjusted the strap for about 20 degrees incline for the first month to get our bodies used to it. Just lengthened the strap for about a 25-degree incline. Both of us are finding back relief even at these low angles. My wife really likes the vibration in the pad. The Teeter X3 is easy to use, well-designed and built with a very sturdy construction, that should last us a long time.

My lower back pain was caused by curvature of the spine and sciatic nerve issues. 90% of my pain was gone after just three days on my Teeter. My orthopedic surgeon recommended an inversion table before going under the knife which I am pleased to say we avoided! After doing much research I chose Teeter. Since then my brother purchased an X3 and friends have stopped by with all kinds of Pickleball mishaps! I promise you will not be disappointed.

#1 – it is very well engineered and built. The quality is outstanding. It has the best ankle holders and looking mechanism. It has the best table (supported externally so the interior of the table conforms to your body. The Comfort level of this device is 2nd to none.
#2 functional: it works well and is basically foolproof.
Point: I did not want to purchase this. Now, I don’t want to get off of it. My favorite thing to do is to “rock” it like a chair. SUPER relaxing.

I got the “Fitspine X3” because of the lever actuated ankle clamp. This is the only way this product should be made. It locks positively and doesn’t require you to be able to touch your toes to operate.
I tried using a neighbors original teeter and the ankle lock was incredibly difficult to use and unsafe. I have a herniated disc with excruciating sciatica and it made operating the original impossible. You must bend down, pull a knob under spring tension out and pull the ankle lock (also under strong spring tension) up. The ankle lock has increments that don’t lock to the ankle tightly and I felt like I was hanging by my toes. I’ve heard of several people getting hurt on those and am honestly surprised Teeter’s legal team hasn’t forced a change. Seriously, the originals are lawsuit factories.
I gave this 4 stars because of the price difference. A safer product with a simple mechanism shouldn’t be $100 more. I would also suggest a way to lock the table in the upright position.

The Teeter is part of my daily routine. I spend 5 minutes after running and/or just before bed. It loosens up the legs and hips and aids recovery, leaving me energized. I find it relaxing, especially after I learned to relax and control using subtle arm placement.
My 64-year-old spine gives me occasional episodes of lower back pain. I am hoping this will decrease the likelihood of episodes. Usage hasn’t caused any problems, but it is too early to say if my back is more resilient.
The Teeter was pricey, but it is well-built, and it looks like it will outlast me.

First off, it is FDA approved so you know it is safe to use when used right. This is a fantastic well made well thought out piece of equipment, which I can see will last for many years, that I can pass onto the next generation. I suffer with sciatica, lower back pain as well as mild arthritis in my neck. I have aged and I’m trying really hard to maintain good posture as well as look after my skeleton frame, and doing a lot of stretches. I’m still new to this equipment but it’s working really well for me, I try to use this regularly such as first thing in the morning and evenings, I noticed that when I use this before going to bed I end up having a fantastic night’s sleep. I really do love my inversion table, I never in all my years imagined that I would buy one when I saw the creator Mr Roger Teeter advertise this on QVC (I think) 20 plus years ago here in the uk, but here I am and I don’t regret it.

Very helpful for decompressing my spine. I sit for long hours during the day and this helps relieve stress on my lower back. Very sturdy, and once you find the right height setting, it balances nicely.

I’ve been playing golf for many years but began having trouble with my lower back. My back would hurt for days after playing. Then it started hurting after taking long walks. It became painful to climb out of bed in the morning. I needed help. I considered seeing a doctor but decided to try the Teeter inversion table. I’ve been using it 3-4 times a day for a few minutes for over a month and most of the pain is gone. I’m back to taking long walks and it feels good. I seem to stand and walk more upright. I’ve only played golf once but when I did I felt no pain and was pleased with how well I played. I recommend this to anyone with consistent lower back pain. I don’t normally write reviews but this has really helped me.

Have constant issues with my C4, C5, C6 & C7.
Combination of Epidural Injections and Chiropractic Adjustments have Helped. So glad that my Chiropractor suggested that I try a Teeter, because when I am feeling stiff or locked up, hanging helps the nerves and fluids flow by stretching out the Spine.
The Quality of Teeter is Superb. Adjusting it was very easy, and very simple to get in and out.
Definitely recommend anyone with Spinal Issues to try hanging upside down and buy the Best, A Teeter

I have suffered from sciatica and lower back pain for more than 40 years. The Teeter FitSpine X3 has been a wonderful solution to finding relief. I bought a teeter inversion table five years ago. I was in severe pain and started going to a chiropractor. After I was able to walk again without crutches the nurse at the chiropractor office recommend an inversion table so I bought a Teeter and no longer have pain and no longer go to the chiropractor. My father was having severe back pain and had been to ER twice so I bought him the X3 Fitspine. He no longer has back pain but I’m trying to get him to still go ahead and get his scheduled MRI just to know for sure what’s going on, he’s 83. There is a condition called spinal stenosis where the spinal cord is being pinched and if you have this condition it could be very dangerous to use an inversion table but if you have herniated disc causing nerve pain these things are a miracle cure. The quality and ease of assembly is tremendous with the Teeter brand I would not ever buy any other brand. The x3 has the handle for the ankle cuffs which is much better for ease of use than the cheeper version that I first bought with the pull bolt latch so I bought an x3 for me also. That makes three Teeters that I have bought over the last five years so I guess you might say I like and recommend them. lol

I have multi-level spinal stenosis. After a series of shots in my back (which helped) l began to get symptoms again. My sciatica was constantly recurring and they recommended I get an ablation. I decided to try an inversion table. I asked my pain doctor what he thought and he said he could not recommend one. So I asked for his non medical opinion upon which he replied his father has one and uses it daily. He also has one. I use it daily and it took a couple of weeks to start to notice a difference. I started at the 20% level and it took about 4-weeks to got to 60%. At this point I couldn’t be happier.

This is the review I wrote on Costco.com
★★★★★5 out of 5 stars.
Robert G · Bought Mid May 2024
Costco’s May ’24 $100 Off Sale was too good to ignore! It prompted me to do a deep dive into many video and product reviews. I eagerly ordered one for myself, and a week later one for my Brother. Each was delivered in 2~3 days via UPS w/o damage. Teeter’s FitSpine FX-3 Premium is amazing! I bought it for core and back exercise and stretching. It quickly become my daily morning stretch routine and exercise during the day, with stretching again before bed. The benefits are immediate! And, in just several days I was enjoying full inversion sessions! I have found that subtle variations in the body height adjustment +1″ can be very helpful to dial in the precise balance point, especially when wearing different footwear, sneakers, etc. I also prefer the Traction Handles in the More Responsive “A” position and mounted for longer arms (see the installation instructions). The Lumbar Bridge works very well and is easily repositioned one slot higher or lower depending on the angle of incline you prefer. The included Cushion Pad works great! Yet, I do wish that Teeter provided flat nodes (rather than the half hemisphere nodes) to hold the cushion in place, as the round nodes create an uncomfortable pressure point along the lateral edges of my shoulder blades. This is one of the most beneficial pieces of exercise equipment I have ever used! I highly recommend it!!
I also ordered from Teeter their recently introduced MyoTrak Cushion for deep tissue cervical and neck alignment, plus their Posture Restore – Back Pain Recovery Accessory. Both are very reasonable priced, and work great, plus they can be positioned and used underneath the cushion pad! The only exception is that the lower portion of the Posture Restore accessory requires removal of the Lumbar Bridge. As for the standard head cushion, I leave that attached and simply lay the cushion pad on top of it. When I use the MyoTrack Cushion I remove the standard head cushion pad and lay the full cushion on top of the MyoTrack.

First and foremost, very easy to assemble! My only critique here is for them to include the instructions rather than look them up on line and print out. It’s very comfortable and the handle to lock my feet in is a great feature. Perfect balance if you follow the suggestions and the accessories are useful. Nice price point! Worth every penny! Comfort is a 10 of 10 and overall a 9.9 out of 10 only due to instructions not being enclosed. Highly recommend!

First, your customer service chat and the representative Kimmie are amazing. I popped up the chat and started talking to Kimmie, she was very helpful and informative! Her being so helpful is what ‘teetered’ me over to the sale. She went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was informed. She answered all my questions and was more than helpful in closing the sale. Now, secondly, this product is amazing. It was very simple to assemble. All tools and accessories are included to put it together and there’s also a video you can watch and follow. Now, it’s put together. It took some time to adjust it to get it fit for ‘me’. Once I got it dialed in I got on it and all I had to do is put my hands over my head and it went over with ease. You can control how fast it goes by using your arms to control the speed. It was the same coming back up. All in all I love this product and especially want to Thank Kimmie for all her help and patience. I stand by this product and I am not a paid person, I’m an actual customer. I own the X-3.

I could go on and on about all the benefits of this inversion table including the ease of assembly, ease of use, rock solid build quality, great design and, most important, how much it has benefited my back. But rather than that, I can best sum up my feelings by stating that, should I ever find myself in the neck of the woods where Teeter is located, I’m going to want to give everyone who works there a big hug! This has been a wonderful tool in allowing me to have better motion and less pain. A huge thank you!!

The Teeter table worked great. Within one week of getting the table, my lower back pain disappeared. Simple activity like raking leaves or shoveling snow were guaranteed to cause lower back pain. But since I’ve been using the Teeter table, those type of activities no longer cause back pain. I use the Teeter for 5 minutes in the morning before I get dressed for work, and in the evening after I shower. There has been no other changes or treatments that I’ve implemented, so there is no doubt that the Teeter is the reason for the cessation of my back pain

I had some lower back pain and shooting pain down my left leg. I do pay visits to chiropractor . Several years ago I remember seeing the adds on TV of the older Mr. Teeter with the inversion table which impressed me but I did nothing. Then several months ago my brother in law told me he had an inversion table (different brand) and was using it. It was than that I recalled the old adds of Mr. Teeter and something told me that I need to get me one. So I went online and choose the FitSpine X3 Inversion Table. I love it ! So far I’m reclining about 60% 3 times a day and may never recline farther because it works so well at 60% but may in the future. My lower back and my leg pain feel so much better! I wish I would have got it when I first seen Mr. Teeter on TV.

Having only just assembled the FitSpine X3, I am very impressed with the instructions to assemble presented through the Bilt app. The instructions are concise yet have an appropriate amount of detail , the images are clear and zoom to illustrate the finer points when needed, and the app allows easy navigation through the steps. The design of these Teeter inversion tables is genius, which makes putting this together super easy. They are shipped with the device largely assembled except for a handful of connecting steps that do not require much effort. Honestly, with the Bilt app instructions to follow, this is a simple task. All of the tools (a two-ended mini wrench and two allen/hex rods) are included, just follow the app, take your time, and in 30 minutes it will be assembled without breaking a sweat. I’ll amend this review after I’ve used the device.

My son I both use the FitSpine X3 inversion table- it is a very nice product, but does take some time to get used to using. My son uses it twice a day and loves it. We have to constantly slide the height adjustment bar due to difference in our height, and only thing we notice is the plastic bushing between the frame and height adjustment bar has a split in it and wants to slide down all the time when releasing height adjustment pin – just have to push it back up to get pin to lock in. Other than that, nice inversion table!!

It’s been incredible. I have a couple of pinched nerves in my spine and this has been helpful with relieving pain, helping with inflammation and regaining some flexibility. The neck stretcher accessory has been a great help, make sure you get this and utilize it if you have upper back neck pain. Thank you!

Built to a quality, not a price. Lots of research prior to purchase convinced me to pay a premium for superior materials, design, assembly andease of use. It’s only my first day with the product and I’ve already gone fully inverted and returned upright without difficulty. The whole experience inspires confidence. That’s exactly what you need when you’re hanging by your ankles.

I’m glad I bought it. My back and neck are both doing better.

I didn’t know if I had sciatic or compressed disc issues but my symptoms included twinges and weakness in my legs as I walked. Minor pain also. I could lie down and this would go away and I’d feel fine. I thought I’d try teeter as a friend told me an inversion table helped him.

For months I craved the idea of feeling my back really stretch, release built up tension in my neck shoulders and lower back. I sit long hours in front of a computer. I now own my fitspine x3 and in the morning, on breaks, lunch, and afterwork I use my teeter 5 minutes each time and I feel great. I sleep better and when i wake up in the mornings The BEST THING is I no longer get out of bed with slip disc in my lower back, nor am I stiff. It really works! I tell everbody that will listen how this thing has changed my life. Highly Recommend

Now that we are in our sixties, my husband and I started suffering from acute sciatica pain. Chiropractor, acupuncture, massage, physiotherapy, tens/IFC & laser-heat provided only temporary relief. Then, 3 of my husband’s meditation class students suggested Teeter tables, which they were using while listening to my husband’s meditation CDs (www.meditationoncds.com). We started using Teeter & got gradual relief. We kept at it & in a month, after sensing many feel-good pops in our spines, the pain decreased significantly. MRIs taken before & after using the Teeter showed reduced sciatic nerve inflammation. We do three 9-minute sessions a day while meditating. We wear a LumboLoc brace for an hour after. The Teeter/Meditation/Back brace combo works great! Thank you, Roger and Rylie Teeter.

Before teeter – morning mobility was bad, pain in lower back, sciatic pain from hip to heel, had to slither out of bed to stand in pain, Ibuprofen twice a day. After 2 weeks I was back to sitting position to get out of bed, pain reduced 75%, mobility good, best part no Ibuprofen. Fantastic device, it took 1 hour to put together, no issues, very good quality.

I had been suffering from sciatica for 3 years. Within 2 weeks of using my Teeter, over 50% of my pain had subsided. After a month of use, 90% of my pain was gone. And now today, I rarely have any lower back pain or sciatica issues. The Fitspine X3 is quality built, but should it ever wear out, I’ll be buying another. Thank you for the opportunity to review the product, and I’m a lifetime customer!

Teeter FitSpine has greatly relieved my low back pain and sciatica. I felt better right after first using it. I like to remain active and this tool enables me to maintain that lifestyle. It really turned my world upside down for the better.

After many years of going to different chiropractors and countless physical therapy sessions. The new VA chiropractor recommended inversion training to my routine. Since incorporating the Teeter Inversion table into my daily routine, it has decreased a lot of the lower lumbar pain. I also hop on it when my lower extremities start going numb to get that instant relief. It’s not a miracle table that works after one use. Like any exercise routine it need to be used daily to gain the benefits of decompression. As for myself it has made a marked improvement in my lower lumbar. I would highly recommend to anyone suffering from lower lumbar problems, especially compressed vertebrae, or sciatica.

I suffer from back and hip pain.
This has been my problem for the past 7 months since I injured myself.
Lacking the old inv. table I had made me look into a replacement.

I love my teeter! Very comfortable to use and is a great way to help traction after workouts. This combined with a cortisone injection has helped me return to my active lifestyle after herniating L4 & 5 and suffering bad sciatic pain.

Nice machine but NOT user friendly. Inversion table moves too quickly jarring your back muscles so you cannot relax, A frame has nasty pinch points to badly cut you when folding or unfolding for storage., and it is very heavy to move.
Dedicated Teeter user –
The Teeter X3 is so convenient to use. The videos were very informative in the correct use of the product. I have serious back issues and the orthopedic surgeon suggested I use this. I use this inversion table at least 2 times a day especially after doing chores that require a lot of standing. I get the relief I need and definitely make this a part of my daily health routine.

I used the you tube video to assist me in the assembly a,n it went very smoothly. First use should involve a second person to assist for safety reasons. I love this device and it is really helping my chronic back pain. In fact my back has never felt better.
J Jordan –
Used daily the table greatly eases my lower back pain. Table is easy to use and comfortable. The only thing I wish were different would be more adjustments on angle of inversion.

There is no QAQC at all. I needed vaseline to slide the leg part into the table because the square tube on the table is actually 2 halfs of square tube that don’t line up correctly. See pictures. Also, there is a black plastic piece in the end of the square tube for the legs that falls apart as soon as you pick it up. See pictures. Like a lot of others have mentioned, the height measurement is a joke. I am 5’7″ and I need to use 6′ for the table to return upright when I bring my arms back to my side from overhead. The instructions in Bilt are either wrong or my package was incomplete (which based on lack of QAQC is possible). The instructions talk about a velcro strap for the head pillow, no velcro in the box anywhere.
After finally getting it all together and functioning properly, it works pretty good. I still have to figure where I want/need those little pressure points but it seems to do what I need it to do. Just wish there was some QAQC somewhere. Would have made assembly a TON easier.

Over many years of lifting weights, I’ve often wanted to simply hand upside down. Fast forward to my late 50’s. Mild lateral scoliosis. Disc compression. Degenerative disc disease. Bilateral leg pain. I can’t say enough good things about getting on my inversion table and decompressing for 5 minutes. Simply amazing. If you’re thinking about getting an inversion table, stop thinking and get one. Don’t settle for less than the best. The FitSpine X3 is worth it’s weight in gold. Get one, you’ll be glad you did.

I’m in my 60’s. There were some days that I went to work and couldn’t even stand up straight. My back would be hurting, like a stabbing pain in my lower back when I’d try to stand up straight. After getting my teeter table, you could hear some areas of my back adjusting. On the third day, the spot causing the pain finally popped. I’ve been walking upright ever since.

I bought the teeter because I was fascinated by the concept. My son had one and he thought it was great. He called it life-changing. He had back issues and now he doesn’t. Another friend of mine had one and he liked it too. I have high blood pressure. I used it three times a day for two minutes. I wasn’t as successful. I had aches and pains where I had never had aches and pains before. My legs cramped up more often. I have stopped using it for now. I had it set for the minimum tilt.

I had been seeing chiropractors for well over a decade. I also have utilized acupuncture intermittently to address pain from scoliosis-likely caused in childhood accident and a compression fracture from horse back riding accident in my 30’s and also early 40’s. I decided it was best to go every 2 weeks to maintain being pain free. My Chiropractor left the practice and I started studying various strengthening methods to help. My husband suggested we revisit the idea of Teeter inversion table we saw on TV in the past and did so. I have been using the Teeter at first every other day slowly and worked up 60 degrees where I am maintained for now. I began once daily after about 10 days and now 2 times daily most days. I have been amazed at this point I have not needed to see a chiropractor in 10 weeks. I felt like I was taller and my back more supple and my exercises were easier to perform. I also noticed positive changes in intestinal function and genital/urinary function which I attribute to some correction in the lower back where I have scoliosis and improvement in the SI joint stability (with my floor exercises). It has been a tremendous improvement in my daily activities-taking care of 4 horses daily on my farm and walking my German Shep about 1 1/2 miles around the farm. I look forward to continuing to work with the table. While I am a health care professional, I am glad I have had Chiro help, body work in the past, and acupuncture which is helpful in figuring out where the problems are and making life manageable I am glad I made Teeter inversion table a major part of maintenance of back care to allow my spine to have the spinal decompression which I needed.

I was suffering with pins and needles from my hips down do to scoliosis. Shoveling snow made the condition appear. After completing my sessions of physical therapy with little results, the therapist recommended that I try an inversion table. My son has the FitSpine and had good results so I went with your product. After a month of using your product I noticed that the tingling is lessening and getting less noticeable at night. My ability to sit longer has increased, so I am hopeful that this will help in the long run.

I truly believe without my Teeter FitSpine i would be living at the chiropractors office. Thanks so very much.

I was having nagging back pain and stiffness in my neck too. My bro. & sis in-law bought a Teeter 10 years ago and continue to express results and gratitude. So i got a FitSpine X3 and after the first week of working with it 2 to 4 times a day, realized my discomforts were not as noticable. Now i get into it only 7 minutes in morning and again in the evening after dark. I am still happy with my stretching exercises in it.

After suffering weeks of leg pain, I was diagnosed with sciatica. I received cortisone injections and my doctor recommended physical therapy and also suggested that I think about an inversion table. I read reviews and watched Teeter videos on YouTube. I purchased my Fit Spine X3 two months ago and after a week of acclimating myself to it I began to notice a marked reduction in my leg pain. I use it twice a day for 10-minute sessions. While my 80-year old husband fortunately has no spinal issues, he uses it regularly as a preventive maintenance regimen. I can attribute improvement in my spinal problem to my Teeter and would recommend it to others with similar issues.

This inversion travel is well made and once you set it up correctly for your height, it is easy to use. For me, I felt the benefit in my lower back after just the first use. My lower back felt less tight and I found it easier to go up stairs and in the gym it was easier to
do leg squats. I try and use the inversion every day!!

Hi there! This review is not for the Teeter itself but I want to tout the level of customer service I received before , during and after the purchase. When I ordered it, it arrived quicker than expected! Assembly was easy, thanks to the detailed instructions and instructional videos they give you access to. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel like the teeter was effective and I called and asked for a return authorizing number. The friendly customer service rep was accommodating and immediately emailed it and a return label
To me and I sent it back. Within a very short period of time my refund was issued with no trouble whatsoever. I’m sad the product didn’t suit me, but I’m very pleased with the way my issue was handled. A lot of companies can learn from your level of customer service! Just wanted you to know! Thanks!

We purchased our Teeter as a Christmas gift to ourselves. (My reason for purchasing is to prevent the spinal problems that I see my 87-year old mom going through with spinal stenosis: doctor visits, meds, PT and shots for her chronic pain.) My husband is 57, and I am 63. After a week or so of daily Teeter use, we noticed less back and neck issues and thought it was coincidental. Now after a month of usage, I feel more limber and able to do better gym workouts and running. My husband is less sore from his physical daily work. His back, legs, knees and neck feel much better. My chronic neck clicking and discomfort is magically gone. We will continue to use the Teeter and highly recommend.

I bought the Teeter primarily for him, but found that i got great results from it as well! during a certain workout, i would feel a bit of discomfort in my lower backside. after using the Teeter, i realize i don’t have that issue anymore:) So easy to use and it just feels great and relaxing!!

Make sure you have the X3 balanced for your body. Don’t even try to do full inversion until you are comfortable with 80%.
Use the X3 2-3 a day. You must be relaxed.

Only just begun to use it so will take time to get used to it I think.
Was rather a shock the first time but getting used to it slowly.
ADJF –
Overall the machine functions much like my 15 year old one it replaced. It has much improved ankle padding and is much easier to get into with the extended clamping lever. The new arms that go half way down the machine are horrible, makes it difficult to get in and out and turn and stretch when in the fully inverted position. I actually removed them and put the handles from my 15 year old machine on it just so I could use it. Again this is a solid product and my issues may not affect someone else. Highly recommend.
